RECRUIT & EXECUTIVE SEARCH
This service consists of searching, preparing and motivating candidates for our clients. We create a profile of the position which tends to selecting, testing, evaluating and for preparing candidates. Consequently, we present several candidates who respond to requirements and client´s demands.
RECRUIT+
The service consists of the possibility to employ the selected candidate for a limited time in advance (up to three months). This service permits to extend an trial period and gain more time for improve candidate´s skills and competence. During the period we handle all responsibility for legal acts.
HEADHUNTING
In terms of client´s expectations and needs we gain appopriate candidates by direct reaching out the employers of middle and top management. Basicly, it is a discreet hunting of candidate from another company in which he is employed. The process begins by selection of a candidate, continues with motivation for the offered position.
CONSULTING AND OTHER SERVICES
We provide all kinds of personnel consulting in the area of human resources - testing and evaluation of employees, the possibility of adaptation of motivational programmes for employees of our clients and preparation of candidates for particular positions.
